More than 17,000 inspections are performed at the purchased stations annually. Through the acquisition, the company’s new name will be A-Ülevaatus OÜ.
The objective of A-Katsastus is to expand its operations in Estonia and other Baltic countries in the near future. The acquisition acts as a base for future expansion. The aim is to achieve the leading position on the Baltic inspection market within the next two years. The Baltic region has a total of 7 million inhabitants and 3.3 million vehicles.
